Dear Sir,

With reference of above stated letter and subject matter we hereby undertake to complete the pending Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting work as mentioned in your letter before applying DCD inspection.

You are hereby requested to sign the application form and enable us to proceed for needful documentation and other formalities prior application submission in DCD Portal.

Also please note that we will not be able to reserve any date before 25^th June 2018 for inspection due to Eid Holidays which enable us to complete pending minor activities in parallel.
