Subject:                Reply – Continuous Delays in Raising Material Inspection

Dear Mr. Yang,

We received your letter after office hours on 15th January xxx regarding the continuous delay in Raising Material Inspection. We request you to Please refer to all our letter Ref: xxx, Ref: xxx, Ref: xxx, regarding the Marbles which was send earlier to xxx for an action and record.

Further to that we would like to address your letter as follows,

Xxxx did all what can be done to resolve the marble issue.

  • We bought a large number of units and it was  all rejected and wasted due to the extremely high requirements of the client
  • We followed systematic approval mechanisms with no success; it remains largely unanswered
  • We have identified available marble stocks in the market place and invited the concerned parties to inspect with no success
  • We proposed solutions, under our below listed letters, with no success.
  • We involved and got proposals from eight different marble suppliers!

We are going in rounds for months with no progress. If you know there’s a simple solution, please lead us into it!

The problem is clear: The agreed PC rate is not enough to satisfy the current requirement of the client.

Trying to put the blame on Xxxx will not work and will just delay the solution. Xxxx is doing all what it can within the constraints.

Note: Please see attached Log for the MIR raised so far for your information and record.

Yours faithfully,

On behalf of  xxx LLC
