Subject : Regarding your Ref no: xxx and our concern on bus bar.
Dear Sir,
With reference above, and in reply of your communication stated above. Kindly note the following.
1. The previous approved supplier concerned already explained along with the submittal and for the delivery time and our new proposal is comply all the specifications as approved before and /Equilent the new supplier are ready to supply within two weeks, so we cannot wait with previous supplier for 12 weeks delivery time to avoid delay from now to mitigate further risk.
2. The previous approval, we hold the delivery/continuous negotiation because of the status of the project and considering the inventory cost due to the site is ready to install the same in last month only and the copper cost was fluctuating rapidly, so procuring such item to store not advisable if not fixed immediately.
3. The approved supplier was keeping some tough terms and we were work continuously negotiating with them since longtime for win-win situation.
During the negotiation they confirmed the material is available within reasonable time but recently they disclosed the delivery issue and other terms.
4. As per the current stouts of the project if the we receive the delivery within 2, weeks this particular item will be fixed immediately up to the 14th floor and upper roof area is in progress so no impact if we receive the material within 2 weeks as per status.
So, kindly approve formally the new submittal to support the project progress and we cannot afford the 12 week delivery time as you suggested to stick with previous approval.`
