Dear Sir,

We refer to the Work Order reference xxx dated 2^nd July xxx which xxx Interiors has signed with M/s ASCON for the above referred project and to the Progress Payment Applications submitted to M/s ASCON in relation to the work done as per the reference letters above with a cumulative gross value of AE xxx for the original scope of works with a net cumulative value of AED xxx after deduction of 10% retention.

Please be informed that to date, we have only received the amount of AED xxx against the work done which is having an impact on xxx Interiors cash flow. Moreover, the additional works being claimed by Romeo Interiors is not part of the aforementioned progress claim as it is being claimed separately.

Considering that xxx Interiors has signed a Work Order with M/s xxx for the same scope of works under Work Order reference xxx dated 17^th August xxx (copy attached), we would like to request from M/s xxx to release our progress claim or at the very least to release on account payments in order for Romeo Interiors to pay our Subcontractors who have carried out the works.
