Subject : Rejection of waterproofing works.
Dear Ms . Alma,
This is to inform you that, I am rejecting the water proofing which is started 14 th floor and you invited a serious risk in future. To stop the water proofing work and get my permission before to start the water proofing and remove the primer to do the plaster around the block opening and follow-up the following:
- All partition block wall opening must have plaster all around and finished in curve shape with rich motor.
- All the MEP drainage pipe should projected 100mm outside of the wall to be plaster and to be ceiled with rich motor to fill the cavity.
- The flooring have porous and need micro concreteting to level and ceiled with the concreting before apply water proofing.
- The extrem right toilet corner have no concrete outside and need concrete inside and it will be the serious risk in future and will not allow the water proofing without filling concrete.
So,no water proofing should be start without my instruction to avoid leakage of the million which we are facing currently.
Kindly report back and do needul without any further delay.
