Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we are hereby intimating that our glass partition sample was rejected as per comment sheet attached and we discussed this issue and the additional variation required to submit to fulfill the comments.

Meantime client verbally instructed that they are not willing to add any more variation and instruction given verbally to visit business by project site and to fix another mock up same partition fixed in business bay.

So, we are going to visit with our subcontractor and another mock up will be fixed after review the sample from other site by checking the possibility to fix the same at out site.

So, this is for your kind information that we are in process to have visit at business bay site and will try to fix the sample with full height in due course.
