Subject        : Regarding rejection of Lift Lobby Shop Drawing for Tile at Typical Floor and Additional Instruction by ID

Dear Sir,

With reference to our submission ref. xxx date xxx which was responded on 04/03/18 with status of “NOT APPROVED” and we have the following concern for the rejection and instruction.

1. In the rejection document you commented on option no. 3, there is a special SS component detail with SS finish and the size/shape mentioned in comment is not our and the details provided is customized fabrication. So, the client needs to provide the required section because if we will source out the sub-contractor and will raise the variation, it will take months for approval and it will delay the execution.
2. We are revising the shop drawing by inserting the SS strip section for your approvalas our drawing commented and “not approved”.

This is for your kind intimation and advise the client to provide the required SS customized element as per ID recommendation to avoid variation approval issues and long procedure.
