Subject : Regarding very slow progress at back side and front side and issue of our cradle rent at elevation no 123
Dear Mr. Sajith
With reference to above we are hereby informing you that you are holding many activities at site due to slow aluminium work progress and note the following:
1) Last one week we are continuously following up to clear the ramp area with your foreman for DEWA inspection, still you did not clear and removed the glasses
2) The RMP room , I inform your foreman to remove the office and clear the room for DEWA
3) The elevation no : 3 we are working under risk to fix the tile and the Painting work also being delayed because of your slow progress
4) The road side work in progress since last 3 months and you just you have the excuse only and our rent at the 3 no of the cradle is overburden due to delay of your work at road side
Meantime many activities at GF also being delayed due to cradle operation
So, this is for your kind information and reminder to clear elevation no: 1 and 3 because 6th no: of cradle rent is very high for us and we paying 2500 AED per month cradle and still we could not start the cleaning cradle work and external painting
This is for your kind information and immediate action
