Subject                 : Regarding nomination under heading “by client” and our concern.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we are we are receiving the nomination for the items under heading “by client” and kindly note the following for conformation and related financial issues and securities.

1. The nomination for the coordination only to facilitate at site the main contractor is not responsible of their quality and handing over.
2. The payment and payment terms id purely between the client and sub-contractor mutual agreement. The main contactor not responsible for payment and security against payment.
3. The 10% retention should be deducted by the client and to be kept till the final handing over.
4. The 5% retention for 2 year and the follow up for the maintenance will be directly by the employer till defect liability period.
5. Quality supervision and inspection by the client/ consultant.

So, we are receiving the nomination to facilitate the contract agreement only for execute and coordination at site for authority /cover the project issue.

Kindly confirm the main contractor will not be responsible for their payment, financial security, payment terms/condition and maintenance during defect liability period or any other financial issue.
