 Subject: Regarding excessive wastage at site and requirement of BS code for tolerance

Dear Sir,

With reference  to  the  above  and  as  intimated  earlier  by  our  purchase  team on dt.15.08.2016,we would like to inform you again that Mr. Iftakar along with QA/QC Team visited the site and we have the  following concerns:

1. We have witnessed that there is an excessive wastage of the blocks (more than 40%) at site.  The  blocks  are  either  broken  and  the  edges  of  most  of  the  blocks  are  damaged  rendering  them  unusable. The consultant is not allowing us to use these blocks.
2. Please note that this is not only hampering our progress at site but also causing us huge financial losses.
3. As  the  blocks  are  not  in  uniform  shape,  the  consultant’s  concern  is  the  level  and line  after  blockwork. As informed earlier, you must provide the BS code for the accepted limit of tolerance for the same.

We are attaching the photographs for your review and you are intimated to control the wastage as well as submit the required documents to the Consultant immediately.
