Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter ref: xxx dated 21 July xxx concerning the Hotel’s Operators handover comments and snags.

Kindly note that we have completely attended and closed the operators comments/snags related to our scope in level 4 Pods and we note below our comment wise response:

  1. Tile behind WC damaged – [Room 401]

Xxx response: This is a damage caused by others while working inside pods. As a support, Xxx has replaced the damaged tile. Refer to appendix A.

  • Next to shaver socket tile damaged – [Room 401]

Xxx response: This is a damage caused by others while working inside pods. As a support, Xxx has replaced the damaged tile. Refer to appendix A.

  • Shower head to be replaced – Rooms 406, 405, 411, 413, 422, 424, 435, 432, 437, 434.

Xxx response: Shower heads adjusted and issues rectified. Refer to sample photos in appendix B.

  • Toilet big flush does not function – Rooms 405, 413, 419, 420, 426, 428, 433, 436

Xxx response:  flush buttons adjusted and issues rectified. Refer to sample photos in appendix C.

  • Toilet small flush does not function – Rooms 405, 413, 417, 419, 421, 420, 422, 424, 425, 426, 429, 430, 433, 435, 432, 437, 434, 438, 436

Xxx response:  flush buttons adjusted and issues rectified. Refer to sample photos in appendix D.

  • Toilet refill take too long and too loud – Rooms 405, 409, 410, 412, 419, 421, 431

Xxx response:  Issue of refilling is rectified. Loudness is not related to Xxx scope.

  • Shower drainage is loud – Rooms 407, 418, 422, 424, 425, 429, 431, 430, 433, 434, 438

Xxx response: This is not related to Xxx scope.

  • Toilet water does not stop running in the toilet – Room 409

Xxx response: Issue rectified. Refer to appendix E.

  • How do you sit on the seat in the shower, right under the taps? – Room 428

Xxx response: Pods are produced as per approved drawings only.

Furthermore, our team is checking and attending any similar issue related to our scope in levels 3, 5, & 6 Pods on site.

In conclusion, Xxx attended the snags notified to us on time without any delay.

Accordingly, Xxx are not liable for any penalties/LD if imposed by the Employer/Engineer and will not accept under any circumstances to receive any kind of deduction.
