All gypsum wall grid corners to be completely closed and well tiedWall grids corners are well tied. However, the profiles are curved which will always result in slight gaps that have no impact at all, and it is not possible to have it fully closed.
Tile grout workmanship to be improvedNoted.
Silicon thickness surround the wash basin to be reduced as we can and workmanship to be improvedNoted and it will be reduced to the maximum possible extent. However, it is necessary to note that the washbasin does not come completely straight which will result in various gaps sizes. This is what will guide the thickness of silicone.

Corner interfacing between glass partition SS channel and ceramic tiles to be improvedNoted and improved.
Vanity counter bottom to be covered with MR gypsum board or marine plywood.Noted and applied.
All MEP penetration to be properly sealedNotedand applied.
Shower glass SS channel edge to be extended to cover the glass edgeNoted and end cap is installed.

All gaps with sanitary ware to be sealedNoted.
Improper termination of the power wiresNoted. The current termination on the pods with caps is for cable end protection only but will improve on next remaining pods to be produced.
Concrete base to be casted with no jointsThe concrete base is casted with no joints already. The concrete base was casted monolithically with the embedded angular bar. The line showing in the pod base is normal due to 2 different materials which is the embedded angular bar and the concrete mixtures.
Improper cutting of the vanity counter supporting channelsNoted and will be improved to the possible extent in next pods.
All electrical conduits to be medium duty as per the approved material NO flexible conduits to be usedInstallation followed approved shop drawings. Appendix A. While flexible conduits serve better for maintenance purposes, the comment received by the Engineer is noted and flexible conduits are replaced with rigid medium duty conduits except a small portion where flexible conduits remain required to allow the minimum flexibility during any future maintenance. Refer to Appendix B for our proposal and kindly let us know if we can move forward accordingly or even such small portion of flexible conduit is not allowed.
Floor tile grout to be replaced with epoxy grout subject to the approved material and workmanship to be improvedNoted. Refer to points 2 & 4 above.
SS angle width to be increased to cover the back side of the edgeNoted. The tile edge is covered. Slight appearance of applied sealant on the other side will remain visible but tile edge is covered.
Downlight location to be shifted above the wash basin and lux calculation to be submittedNoted. Lux calculation is submitted and approved. Accordingly, the downlight location was shifted and the same will be followed for all the remaining PODS.
