Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of your letter ref: xxx dated 01 April M/s xxx (Contractor Name) regarding the false ceiling suspension and board closing programme.
We understand that this letter is addressed to different subcontractors and not specifically to M/s xxx (Contractor Name) but we would like to record that we have completed the delivery of all pods from 1st to 20th floor since 2 February M/s xxx (Contractor Name).
Furthermore, we have installed all the pods from 1st to 20th floor except 6 pods in floor No.19 and 6 pods in floor 20 due to the absence of clearance for installation from the Main Contractor Civil & MEP teams since more than 2 months. (Appendix 1)
Therefore, M/s xxx (Contractor Name) has completed all the works related to the subject above and M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will install the remaining pods available on site in floors 19 & 20 once the respective clearance is received and the site condition allows for it. M/s xxx (Contractor Name) will not be responsible for any delay or consequences resulting from the delay in obtaining the clearance to install the remaining pods.
