Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of your letter ref: ASCC/J-256/SCO-OUT/963/22 dated 24 April xxx regarding the compliance to site instruction ref. SI/130 and we are extremely surprised to receive such baseless correspondence from the Main Contractor.
First, the reference site instruction which relates to the mockup apartment has been closed by M/s xxx (Contractor Name) upon having it received from the Main Contractor.
Second, we bring to your attention once again that internal pod slopes have been executed as per the approved shop drawings, and pods have been approved accordingly.
Our pods are installed on site based on level points provided by your own surveyor and all installed pods are inspected and approved accordingly.
Your allegations that M/s xxx (Contractor Name) is in any way justifying a mistake is a blatant misrepresentation of the facts and a clear indication that the Main Contractor is choosing to overlook his own obligations under scope matrix.
Further, we categorically reject your general statement alleging that pods require rectification, when pods have been executed delivered, installed, and approved in full compliance with approved drawings.
There are no delays in closing any site instructions relating to pod slopes as alleged in your letter.
If you require any change in the internal slope of the pods from what is specified in the drawing, this will lead to abortive works on all fabricated delivered and approved pods, the cost and time implication of which will be communicated as applicable
