Subject            :  Quality of Wooden Doors

Dear Sir,

We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 6th June xxx regarding the quality of wooden works in which as per your statement on your letter that you have noticed that the Wardrobes shutters were bent and unacceptable.

Please be informed that we refute your statement regarding the quality of our works as the quality of wooden works that we have installed are of good quality, however, due to the absence of Wild Air in the premises, the bending, warping, veneer peeling, etc. will definitely occur on the installed joinery works especially with the current weather temperature and this is out of our control. Moreover, we would like to remind you that it was clearly highlighted in our approved contract that we will only install the finish joinery works in an AC controlled environment with a temperature not exceeding 26 degrees celsius (refer to the attached document).

In view of the above, any rectification that will be required will constitute a variation to our contract as this is the result of no controlled environment at site. We kindly request you to provide the Wild Air in order for us to carry out the rectification, without controlled environment, the same issue will occur even if we do the rectification at this stage.

All the relevant costs related to the rectification on the bent shutters will be forwarded to you in due course.

This is for your information and necessary action.

Kind Regards,

For xxx Interiors LLC
