Dear Sir,

We are writing you with reference to the Addendum No: xxx (addendum No.01) with regards to the additional requirement of 105 pods, and we are attaching herewith the Tentative Programme of works related to these additional 105 pods.

Kindly note that a revised schedule with clear delivery sequence can be provided once the shop drawings are all approved and all the materials arrival dates are known.

We request you to ensure the FIM arrival is in line with our production plan as it’s critical to be received prior to start the fabrication.
