Dear Sir,
With reference to our previous letters (a) & (b) and our subsequent meeting held at BGC Main Office on 13-Sep-xxxx, please find attached herewith the Programme of Works and the delivery sequence submitted in accordance with our discussion and mutual agreement.
This Programme is based on four major milestones:
- The approval to the tiles obtained on 8-Sep-xxxx.
- The arrival of tiles at our factory on 13-Sep-xxxx.
- The bathtub drain details on 13-Sep-xxxx as per the RFI No. xxx.
- The final approval to the material submittal of Vanity Top, backsplash and cistern to be received on or before 16-Sep-xxxx.
Kindly revert back to us with your approval to this Programme by no later than 16-Sep-xxxx in order for the production to start.
