Further to your request to provide you with the program of works with a completion date of 18th April xxx for the aforementioned project which we have forwarded to you by email on the 7th of February xxx, please be informed that the provided program will serve only as CPD’s presentation to the Client and do not reflect the actual program already agreed between CPD and Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors prior to signing the LOA.
Moreover, the program agreed between CPD and Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will be the same program that was forwarded to you on the 26th of January xxx with a completion date different than 18th April xxx.
