With reference to the revised site works program received on 10^th April xxx via hand as Annexure VI to the Agreement No. xxx, we confirm our acceptance on the duration of commencement and completion period for the supply and installation of our materials on site subject to the Confirmation Letter of the Main Contractor.

Furthermore, the starting dates may differ from your program as we will proceed according to the site condition where areas are ready for us to supply and install our materials.
