Subject                 : Porcelain slab Patches Issue

Dear Sir,

In reference to the xxx Ceramics Letter and our previous correspondence with xxx (Attached for common reference) the white patches on the approved porcelain slabs issue are still not resolved. Now we reached to a stage where our production don’t have enough vanity and cistern tops to complete the pods so that we can raise the inspection for approval. Moreover the rejection rate of these vanity sets are high and under the current situation we have no assurance from RAK ceramics that the deliveries will be in line with our pod production.

We raised this to xxx ceramics officially and they confirmed to us that they will resolve this issue directly with the consultant. We even delivered 3 full size slabs to site for the consultant and client to have a look as per their request. Now xxx Ceramics is holding our production by not replacing these slabs which we cannot afford at this moment. We cannot guarantee deliveries if this issue is not resolved on an urgent basis.  

We appreciate your intervene on the matter to resolve this issue at the earliest so that we can proceed accordingly.
