Dear Mr. xxx,

We are writing to inform you that the pods will be transported to your project using 12 m flatbed trailers carrying up to 6 pods each.

Since the project is located in a busy area surrounded by ministries, it’s very important to facilitate the offloading of the trailers on the same day of arrival to site by arranging the crane on time and obtaining all the required permits to avoid as much as possible causing traffic.

Furthermore, failing to offload the trailers on the day of arrival will incur detention charges that you shall be responsible for.
