Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we informing you that we already sent the LPO with reference no.830136 dated on 02.06.2018 to Essam Glass & Mirror Stores for the Shower Glass Partition and meantime the glass partition needs 40 days to fix and we kept to late finish because its going to touched the ceiling and still testing and commissioning for MEP to be done, it may have obstruction.
As you know that we have small area for the toilets and we have technical difficulties during testing and commissioning, Since partition will touch the ceiling.
Futhermore, your statement for imperative completion date will be on June 18, 2018 and kindly review our latest program R17 submitted May 3, 2018. Our plan date for Dubai Municipality application will be 1st July 2018 as well as this item is not in critical line for any inspection and we are more concern for the testing and commissioning.
