Dear Sir,
Further to our Work Order reference xxx dated 26th May xxx and amended on 27th May xxx (which to date we did not receive yet the signed copy), we would like to draw your attention regarding our Payment Application No. 1 reference xxx dated 18th June xxx in which we have not received any certification from ASCON.
Please be informed that we have agreed that no advance payment will be required provided that we will be allowed to claim progress payment including the 70% materials at site claim as mentioned in our letter reference xxx dated 7th June xxx. Moreover, please be informed that we disagree on ASCON statement to our Sr. Operation Manager that materials at site shall be as installed, but rather materials at site are materials delivered to the site.
In view of the above, we urge you to expedite the certification of our payment application and the release of the payment itself in order not to affect the progress of work at site, as any delay in the certification and release of payment will have an impact on the work at site.
