We refer to our Interim Payment Applications (IPA-18 & IPA-19) references xxx dated 4^th May xxx and xxx dated 4^th June xxx (both copies attached), please be informed that to date we did not receive the certification on our submitted IPA’s which is already been overdue in accordance with the contract agreement.

In view of the above, we would like to request for the issuance of the certification of the aforementioned IPA’s as any delay in the certification will delay the release of the payments.
