Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 13th July xxx regarding our Payment Application No. 2 wherein you have stated that you can certify it upon receipt of Engineer’s Payment Certificate which we are not in agreement.
Please be informed that pursuant to our letter reference xxx dated 4th June xxx as well as the Addendum to the Work Order, Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors clearly highlighted that we are not in agreement with the back to back conditions on the Main Contract, thus, the content of your aforementioned letter is not acceptable as there are materials at site which is part of our claim. The same has been highlighted on our letter reference xxx dated 7th June xxx.
We request you to certify our Payment Application No.2 in order not to affect the current progress of works at site.
