Subject           : Our undertaking regarding lower roof slab inspection and DM application.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we are hereby undertaking the following to inspect the lower roof slab and approve for the DM with following consideration:

1. Kindly inspect the slab and apply to DM we are hereby confirming all your inspection  comment for the above mentioned slab will be address before DM inspection and we will responsible for any DM comments or rejection/any consquecnces.

1. We will have another inspection after completion of MEP work before the concrete and we will not cast the concrete without your clearance.
