Dear Eng. Munadel,

We would like to bring into your attention that some contractors are working above the pod without any proper protection. This will result in damaging the MEP services, Access panels and can even crack our ceiling which can later delay the handing over of the pods.  The rectification/replacement of any of these damages will have cost implications as the pods are coming to site after Inspected/ signed by your representative and our quality department.

We recommend to have a permit system which will be signed by xxx before and after works in commenced to make sure the other sub-contractor is fully aware of the consequences of any damages in the pods.

So please implement a procedure as mentioned above to avoid any such claims which can later delay the project. Your immediate and appropriate action on the matter will highly appreciated.
