Further to our Subcontract Agreement reference xxx dated 11^th November xx regarding the Fabrication, Supply, Fixing, Handing Over and Maintenance of All Kitchen Cabinets, Vanity Counters, Wardrobes and Wooden Doors for the above referred project, we are pleased to submit the original copy of the Advance Payment Guarantee reference xxx dated 16^th November xxx for the amount of AED xxx and Performance Guarantee reference xxx dated 16^th November xxx for the amount of AED xxx both were issued by National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), this is compliance to the Subcontract Agreement terms of payment.

In view of the above, we request from you to kindly advice the concerned department in DECC to release our Advance Payment at the earliest.
