Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to put on record that, as per our original scope, we have application of two coats of internal emulsion paint. Recently, Client had introduced special Marmarino paint from Jotun, and a training session with painter has been conducted on site by Jotun.
As Marmarino is a special type of paint and the application procedure is far different from emulsion paint which to be led by expert painter and the productivity rate will be reduced significantly. Hence, Time and Cost implication will take place and the same will be submitted in due course.
