Dear Sir,

We refer to our Work Order reference xxx dated 23^rd June xxx regarding the Entrances Lobbies & Health Club and to the recent comments on our submitted shop drawings where it was mentioned that the door shall be fire rated with 1 hour rating.

In view of the above, this letter serves as our Notice of Claim for additional cost due to changes requirement and specification of the door from Non-Fire Rated to One Hour Fire Rated, all the relevant cost will be submitted in due course.
