Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your email dated 15th June xxx along with the letter from the Consultant M/s AE7 which they refer to certain correspondence between M/s Delta Al Emarate and the Consultant as well as certain Sub Clauses of the contract agreement where Romeo Interiors is not a party to such agreement.
Please be informed that while Romeo Interiors has an existing Subcontract Agreement with DECC for the above referred project, we are not in a position to comment on the letter issued by the Consultant to DECC. Moreover, the correspondence and sub clauses mentioned on the Consultant’s letter are out of our comprehension as we have not been provided a copy.
In view of the above, in order for us to reply accordingly to the Consultant’s letter if that was the intention in providing us the copy of the same, we request you to provide us the relevant information.
