Dear Sir,

Further to our letter reference xxx dated 2^nd August xxx regarding the above referred project and subject and to your subsequent comments that the letter shall be addressed to ASCON and not to DAMAC, please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience as by mistake the project mentioned is Civil Works instead of Entrance Lobbies and Health Club.

The letter we have issued is really intended to Damac as the damages was done on the Entrance Lobbies works in which the signed Work Order is between Damac and Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors in which the same Work Order reference Akoya/MS/BA/WO-120/2015 dated 23^rd June xxx has been mentioned in our letter.

In this regard, the contents of our letter reference xxx dated 2^nd August xxx remained valid except for the project title as explained above.
