Dear Sir,
Further to our letter reference xxx dated 3rd June xxx regarding the above referred subject and to your subsequent email to Mr. xxx dated 3rd June xxx requesting for the supporting documents for the variations, we are pleased to submit the Tender Drawings, Tender Specifications and Romeo Interiors offer along with the Commercial, Technical and Exclusions qualification where we based our submitted tender which is the basis of the Subcontract Amount.
Based on the aforementioned documents (attached to this letter), our Notice of Claims is a legitimate claim for additional cost, all relevant cost details will be forwarded to you in due course.
In the meantime, we request your approval to proceed further.
