Dear Sir,

We refer to the yesterday meeting at Site Office and to the comments made on our executed mock-up where the following has been requested from Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors;

• All doors architrave shall be provided with the architrave shoe
• Wardrobe handles to be changed from 200mm length to 350mm length
• Kitchen Wall Unit height to be increased from 800mm to 880mm high
• Kitchen Base Unit Filler panel to be replaced with cabinet shutter.
• Vanity Unit open shelves to change the finish from melamine to veneer same color as the door.

Please be informed that the above comments on our mock-up will constitute a variation to our contract, hence, this letter will serve as our Notice of Claim for additional cost, and all the relevant details will be submitted in due course.
