Dear Sir,

We are writing to raise our deep concern to the misusage of pods from your team and/or your other trades workers on site.

It has been noticed as per the attached photo that the pods are used for storing tools which is totally not acceptable and highly risk damaging the pods and its finishes.

As you are aware, some items if damages has a long lead time for replacement in addition to the cost of replacement and cost of repair which will all be attributed to xxx.

Furthermore, the misuse of pods may impact the performance of the unit and may lead to voiding the warrantee.

Therefore, we urge you to instruct your teams to avoid such actions in the future, and be extremely careful when working inside or around the pod to avoid the damages and all its consequences.
