Dear Sir,
It has come to our attention that the Electronic stamp of M/s xxx (Contractor Name) has been illicitly placed on drawings produced and issued by M/s xxx. Please refer to the attached sample M/s xx drawing number xxx to 0024 dated 14th Feb xxxx titled Block C building 3 – Superimposed pods floor 1 to 5 & Pod typology.
M/s xxx is not authorized to make use of the corporate stamp, logos, or identity of M/s xxx (Contractor Name) LLC.
M/s xxx (Contractor Name) LLC has no liability whatsoever towards any document issued by M/s xxx to any third party containing illicit copies of our stamp, logo, or corporate identity, and we reserve our right to take any action towards M/s xxx and pursue any remedies available at law or in equity.
