Dear Sir,

We refer to the attached email communications between Romeo Interiors and M/ xxx dated 12^th September xxx regarding the additional cut-outs made on the gypsum by other parties which were not coordinated with our team.

In connection to the above, we hereby issue this letter as our Notice of Claim for any rectification that may be required from us which shall entitle us for additional cost and time, moreover, any defects that may occur on this areas where other parties have done the cut-outs without coordinating with us shall not be our responsibility.
