Dear Sir,
We refer to the email received from DECC dated 22nd May xxx (copy attached), regarding the Wood Bench at Locker Rooms, please be informed that the aforementioned Bench is not part of our Subcontract Scope of Works, hence, this will be treated as a variation to our contract.
This letter will serve as our official Notice of Claim for this variation, all the relevant cost will be submitted once the requested samples and other requested documents have been approved.
