Dear Sir,
Further to our Work Order reference xxx dated 23rd June xxx regarding the Interior Fit-Out Works for the Reception Lobby & Health Club for Clusters G11, G12 & G13 and to the current situation of the project, we would like to raise our deep concerns regarding the absence MEP Clearance and the absence of controlled environment for the buildings which is affecting our program of works.
Please be informed that in the absence of MEP Clearances and properly controlled environment for the buildings, Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors will not be in a position to install the complete joinery works, the decorative paints and the finishing of the gypsum ceiling as it may results in damages to our works.
In view of the above, we hereby notify you that any delay in the provision of MEP Clearances and properly controlled environment will delay the works, hence, Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors shall not be held responsible and liable to the delay as this issue is not within our control and we reserve our rights for extension of time and additional cost. Any penalty that may be imposed on Xxx(Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors due to the delay in the project completion will not be accepted.
