Subject : Noncooperation of Nominated Supplier – xxx Ceramic
Dear Sir,
We are writing you to raise our deep concern about the slabs rejections from M/s xxx ceramic due to color and shade variation.
xxx ceramic are not cooperating with the replacement of the rejected materials, and are simply reverting back verbally to us that they will sort out the rejections with the consultant which till date they failed to do and which is impacting our production despite our continuous follow up and reminders. (Attached Emails for your reference)
We need xxx to involve and raise this issue to the consultant/client to resolve this matter since xxx ceramic are a nominated supplier and we cannot be liable for noncooperation and refusal to replace rejected materials.
The replacement of these materials is very critical for our production and future deliveries.
Your prompt response in highly appreciated.
On behalf of xxx LLC
