Subject : Regarding NCR for roof water proofing system and approved materials
And re-confirmation / undertaking
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, we are hereby stating that all the roof water proofing system and methodology being adopted / followed and we are undertaking and stating the following:
- The water proofing membrane used and inspected was the approved one.
- The 72 hours water testing has been carried out.
- The foam concrete density cube test report was submitted and result was complied with specifications.
- The surface preparation was carried out, only the re-inspection was missed out due to simultaneous works.
- The initial NCR for the surface preparation and foam concrete are the main reason that rest of the process and inspection request not being finished.
So, the contractor did all necessary process as defined excluding the foam chemical brand and we submitted foam pipe and we are undertaking that this is within our guarantee and warranty period and re-confirming our undertaking for performance for the water proofing system and its application.
Your kind consideration to close NCRs which are related to roof water proofing and request to close from your end.
