Dear Sirs,

Referring to the Technical Meeting we had with the Designer on 26^th of March xxx please, note the following points:

1. The Designer had given an instruction that the glass paint and the metal color in TV units including headboard should match the original fabric.  However, the metal color and glass paint cannot match according to the required fabric color.
2. On 13^th of April, a soft inspection with the Designer was held and she had noticed the difficulty of matching the color of the fabric, hence she decided to match the color in the perspective 2R picture.
3. Accordingly, we rectified the glass again and some metals to be as per the color specified by the Designer that will lead us to modify the units and assign a new date of inspection.
4. Furthermore, she changed the cut out of the socket area in the headboard supported with sketches on 16^th of April (see attached file).  As a result, we revised the shop drawing and sent for approval again on 20^th of April.
5. Also, we revised the drawing of production and will affect some number of units already made which need to be rectified as per the new sketch.
