Dear Sirs,
Referring to the Technical Meeting we had with the Designer on 26th of March, please be informed that the Designer gave instruction to follow the glass paint and the metal color in TV units and headboard that should be matching the original fabric. Later on, big problem arose on technical issues in metal and glass as their paint / colors cannot match accordingly to the fabric.
On 13th of April, a soft inspection with the Designer was held and she decided to make the colors match the perspective picture in 2R which soon after she saw the difficulty of matching the color of the fabric. She changed the cut out of the socket area in the headboard supported with sketches on 16th of April. In line with this, we revised the shop drawing and sent for approval again on 20th of April. Also, we revised the drawing of production and will affect some number of units already made which need to be rectified as per the new sketch.
Accordingly, we rectified the glass again and some metals to be as per the color specified by the Designer that will lead us to modify the units and assign a new date of inspection.
