Dear Sir,

We refer to the above subject and would like to draw your attention regarding the delivered and stored materials at site wherein whatever are usable have been utilized to complete some of the Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes, however, what was remaining on the stored materials can no longer be used due to the damages, thus, it has left no available materials for the levels 15 to 20.

Please be informed that levels 15 to 20 materials for Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes have to be completely manufactured in order to complete the works and we have estimated the cost to manufacture, deliver and install these materials as per the below details;

• Kitchen Base Units                            AED    560,749.41
• Kitchen Wall Units                             AED    291,835.89
• Wardrobes                                          AED    447,414.70

                                    TOTAL                         AED 1,300,000.00

Due to our company’s relationship, we are willing to manufacture, deliver and install them at AED 1,200,000.00 (One Million Two Hundred Thousand Only) which will give ACC a reduction of AED 100,000.00 on the above mentioned cost.
