Dear Keiran,

We refer to the above subject and would like to draw your attention regarding the missing and damaged items for the Kitchen Cabinets and Wardrobes for levels 1 to 14, please be informed that in order for Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors to make progress at site we have utilized materials from the upper floors, however, some of these materials has shown some damages such as scratches and chipping that needs to be rectified as well. 

In view of the above, we have prepared and attached to this letter the list of the missing items that needs to be manufactured in order to complete the works, as well as the corresponding cost totaling to AED 190,961.82 (UAE Dirham One Hundred Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty One and 82/100 Only).

This is for your information and necessary approval in order for us to proceed in the manufacturing.
