Dear MEP Team,

            With reference to the above, we require the following:

1. Status of drawings or Electrical Power layout of entire project.
2. In basement 1 & 2, we have fixed the block wall and you have fixed the GI boxes which are unapproved. We have NCR, so provide your feedback.
3. Before we start the plastering preparation , kindly clear the following opening  and the activities
4. Opening for AC in block
5. Opening for drainage line
6. Opening for Fire Fighting system if any
7. Opening and marking for Exhaust system
8. Any low voltage points including security
9. Your exercise for water supply line
10. C0-odination for your MEP services in Basement 1 & 2.
11. We have pump room in basement which is closed and no gate has been shown in the approved drawings.
12. We need civil defense approval drawing including access ladder as per civil defense requirement.
13. We need foundation layout for the pump.
14. Approval of fire alarm for firefighting, voice evacuation system for basement area.
15. Drawing of Central battery system room is not there
16. Who will appoint the LPG sub-contractor? Need drawing of LPG system
17. Acoustic insulation of drainage pump lines approval is required
18. Proposal of grease strap
19. Proposal of Roof water tank
20. Air conditioner opening drawings for all floors coordination with false ceiling height by considering the following
21. Duct route with section
22. Cable route
23. Low voltage corridor
24. Firefighting corridor above ceiling and opening position.
25. Points above mentioned (a), (b), (c) to be coordinated with drainage line slope and direction of the branches
26. Exhaust branches should to be coordinated between above mentioned points (a), (b), (c) and opening position
27. Roof Area:
28. HVAC foundation detail coordination with Ms.Vineetha and size will be given by MEP
29. Water tank foundation details with its correct position
30. Hot water chlorination foundation
31. Coordination with pool and DB
32. Coordination from MEP for Steam, Sauna and Gym rooms

NOTE:  When they will submit drawings of Electrical and power drawings to DEWA.
