Subject         : Regarding the metal door nomination & our follow up to sign the site agreement with them.

Dear Sir,

With reference above we would like to inform you that we are continuously following up with xxx, they nominated metal door sub-contractor by employer.

xxx informed us that they are continuously contact with the client office, for the payment terms attached with the nomination are not agreed by them, at the time of the negotiation with employer and they replied that their payment terms to be as mention below & document attached, same to be attached in agreement because clients payment terms not accepted by them.

So, the payment terms which are attached with document in nomination by City Max not accepted the sub-contractor.
