Subject : Regarding MEP inspection and traditional comments always to blame the
contractor for re-work.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, we would like to inform you that always we are submitting the MEP inspection and your team inspecting and putting the comments to protect them in future, and contractor is suffering the rejection of work later on and kindly note the following:
- We are proceding the success activitie after approval and facing the rejection after approval of the predecessor and many time we did re work even we completed the work after approval from your team.
- We are attaching the inspection ref no CEM/WI/269/331/R1 to provide you to the proof that how the inspection being carried out and not approval.

| Inspection for the area between E G and 7,8 only have been done with reference to in design drawings attach by the contractor,due to his fault to submit the shop drawing for our approval and hence contractor is allowed to proceed to further with subsequent activities subject to his acceptance to execute rectification works as necessitied later due to absence of the approved shop drawings.In addition to the following comments, Handicap toilet ablution not part of this inspection as no relvent drawings has been attached. | |

| Final fix installation to be coordinated with client sanitary wares | |
