Subject: MATERIAL SAMPLE- WICKER FOR FURNITURE
Dear Sir,
We hereby notify you of the unavailability of approved sample of material (wicker) to start manufacturing of wicker furniture that in our opinion resulted in a delay to the timeous completion of the project
We place on record that the samples we received on November 12, 2013 with reference code of VIRO 0014 and VIRO 0016 brown color are different fromwhat the image samples sent to us on December 25, 2013 through email, Virosurface basket weave color V20 Dark Mahogany with brushed finish. This has resulted in our activities in critical situation, and in us not being able to achieve the programmed completion dates in manufacturing of furniture for this item. Moreover, in your meeting with our management the attached sample has not been discussed.
In this regard, we would kindly request you to give us your final approval of wicker sample for family blocks and over water villas to enable us to proceed manufacturing of furniture and at the same time requesting you for an extension of time to mitigate the delays or disruption.
