Subject : Material Rusting Inside the Pods Supplied by xxx.
Dear Mr. xxx,
Referring to the trailing emails and site observation forwarded to you regarding the poor quality of the materials supplied in this project we still haven’t received a report on the cause of these rusting. We would also like to know the corrective action on the matter as we are facing more problems in other apartments. Attached picture taken in other apartments for your information and record. We need to close the site observation as soon as possible with a proper report from you were further delay may cause more problems.
So you can send a team to do the survey at site and to take corrective action on the issues before it escalates and goes to client.
Please note that we already handed over the pods to the KAS and the final snagging are progressing at side.
So an immediate action on the matter is highly demanding at the moment.
